Jan 10, 2010 - this is only season 1their is a season 2 which was released in the 1990's (this was released in the 1980's)and instead of that creepy bitch called Mary Althaus, their is a japanese lady who is fluent in english in season 2 (as the teacher), although season 2 is shorter but it carries on after season 1 with more advanced japanese and follows further in the life of Yan. Season 2 also does not come with a textbook like season 1 (this)

Dec 30, 2009 - thats because you dont know any gramar. There should be plenty of internet sites about lerning japanese. Videos like this one are helpful when you are learning alone from books. Videos alone, wont give you much help.
